Ed Ingram’s football story began in DeSoto, Texas, where he helped lead his high school team to its first 6A state championship in 2016. At LSU, he became a four-year offensive-line contributor, appearing in 45 games and helping the Tigers win the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship.
The Minnesota Vikings selected Ingram 59th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft, and he started all 17 games as a rookie. After three seasons and 48 games with Minnesota, he was traded to Houston in March 2025, bringing his NFL experience back to the state where his football journey began.
